RECEIVEd a voucher?

Hurrah! It couldn’t be simpler to redeem your gift. All gift vouchers are monetary and can be used against the value of any treatment at Loop.

To use your code  Enter it in the box marked “Package, Gift or Coupon Code” which is found on the payment page when booking your treatment. It’s under the ‘Order Summary’ title, just above the Subtotal line and has a little ‘+’ sign by it. You can combine a card payment and a voucher payment. Make sure you’re happy with the booking, add the voucher code, when this is accepted, the system will calculate any difference to be paid or credit to remain on the voucher.

To check your balance On the bottom of every booking page you’ll also see a ‘Check Code Balance’ title.  Click and enter your unique voucher code you’ll be able to check how much is left on the card and when it is valid until.

‘Valid to’ dates These refer to the booking date rather than treatment date.  If you have a week left until your voucher expires, you have a week to book a treatment, but this treatment can be up to 8 weeks in the future.  We cannot extend vouchers past their expiry date.

BUYING A GIFT VOUCHER?

Thank you. Loop Massage gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and can be used for any treatment.

Please enter your information in the provided form when placing your order, ensuring all necessary details are included. We suggest adding the recipients name to the order form in the ‘add note to business’ section. You’ll be emailed a receipt with some blue highlight links. Click on the “View Gift Certificate” link; from here you’ll be able to send your gift out digitally via an email link at the time of your choosing. We find this works best for those receiving them, as they can easily click the link and be taken directly to online booking. Alternatively you can print out this voucher if you plan to pop it in a card.

Unfortunately, our system only allows one code to be redeemed per treatment. It’s usually best to avoid buying multiple vouchers for one person, consider instead one voucher for total amount. If a group is collaboratively getting a voucher for someone special, it is advisable for one designated person to purchase a single voucher on behalf of everyone involved. Vouchers work like credit that the recipient can use over multiple visits. Any remaining balance stays on the voucher until it expires.
