POLLY
(she/her)
Polly is the founder of Loop.
From one small container studio Loop has grown bigger than she ever dreamed! She now spends a significant portion of her time facilitating holistic treatments and entrusting all the Loop clients to her fantastic, hand-picked team. Which wasn’t exactly what she had planned for herself, and she’s constantly striving for more time in the studio!
At present Polly is specialising in combined facial and massage treatments. She tries to make these an immersive experience.
She’s aware that some of her massage clients miss her and she them! Polly tries to have a few spaces a week for massage. These are bookable via email, use the link at the top.
Holistic and Deep Tissue Massage Therapist (Hot Stone massage therapist - only as an add on) - and also a Facialist.
Trained in Holistic and Deep Tissue and facials, constantly striving to find new techniques and styles to add to her tool kit; Polly likes to leave clients in a state of total relaxation, while treating the little niggles we all carry with us. She believes that the benefits of regular massage to our health and well-being are too important to ignore. She also believes in being kind to each other and ourselves.

About Me
What influences your style of treatment?
I try and learn from as many different places as possible, constantly taking classes and surrounding myself with amazing therapists. I find all the different styles of massage so inspiring. I like to listen to what the individual body on my table is saying to me and often chat away to stubborn muscles (but that’s only in my head).
What’s the one thing you want people to know when they book in with you?
I am all about the relax; massage to me is about taking time out for yourself to connect back in with your body and quiet a busy mind. I want to celebrate ease and time out of EVERYTHING.
How do you like clients to feel after a treatment with you?
Like they’ve had a reset. The best massage to me is when you’re in the sweet spot; not quite knowing if you’re asleep or awake, leaving your relaxed and euphoric. That’s what I’m constantly striving for. I like it when a client walks out of the treatment room and wants to give me a hug, it’s the best feeling - like I’ve restored them to themselves; It’s honestly makes me a bit teary.
MARY
(she/her)

About Me
What influences your style of treatment?
I'm lucky enough to get regular massages from my talented colleagues at Loop. I use these treatments to inspire my own massage practice - ie when a technique feels particularly amazing, I'll ask them to teach me so I can use it on my clients. I am trained in Sport & Remedial Massage and pregnancy massage and all of my treatments are a combination of everything I've learned.
How do you like clients to feel after a treatment with you?
Listened to, nurtured, more easy in their skin.
What’s the one thing you want people to know when they book in with you?
That my massage style is all about helping give your mind and body a chance to unwind, rest and recuperate. That a massage doesn't have to hurt to be effective.

About Me
What influences your style of treatment?
My treatments are very much client-centred and my main focus is to listen – to what I’m getting from the body while on the table and what the client has told me beforehand.
Before massage I taught yoga and have a regular yoga and meditation practice which I feel influences my style too. It helps me feel grounded while giving a massage and allows me to consider how I use my own body. If I can, I like to guide clients into a calm, grounded and centred space. I’m always looking to learn and try and regularly top up my toolkit with CPD, such as deep tissue and pregnancy massage. I also receive regular massages myself and am always inspired by the therapists around me!
How do you like clients to feel after a treatment with you?
Calmer, quieter, more centred and relaxed, like they’ve had a little reset. I want my clients to always feel better than when they arrived, and that anything they may have been carrying has been lifted a little.
What’s the one thing you want people to know when they book in with you?
Massages for me are about relaxation and grounding, and taking some time out when life becomes too hectic and overwhelming. I have quite a gentle and intuitive approach to most things and think I approach massage in the same way – so if you want someone to pummel you into the table I’m probably not the therapist for you! While some stubborn muscles certainly need some more focused attention and can feel tense when being worked on – I don’t feel that creating pain in the body is beneficial. I’d like to think massages with me would gently guide the body into relaxation, calm a busy mind and contribute to an overall feeling of wellbeing, as well as tackling some of those more stubborn muscles!
ELISA
(she/her)
Holistic Massage therapist.
Elisa works holistically bringing great knowledge and skill to her intuitive practice. Elisa is also a qualified Breath Coach.
About Me
What influences your style of treatment?
I would certainly say dancing, I have been told that my massages can feel like a dance. I do contact improv dance and 5Rhythms dance, which is a movement meditation practice. I believe dancing supports me to understand the body from a place of intuition and being, rather than from my mind.
How do you like clients to feel after a treatment with you?
I like clients to feel "floaty" and out of their mind. Like nothing matters, like nothing is important. They lose track of time and they feel lighter, both emotionally and physically. I like clients to be back in the present moment, and fully in their body.
What’s the one thing you want people to know when they book in with you?
I am a holistic massage therapist and my massages are intuitive and person centred. The holistic approach can touch an individual as a whole being: physically, mentally and emotionally.

(she/her)
Holistic, Deep Tissue, Sports + Remedial and Postnatal massage therapist.
Indre works intuitively with a natural flowing touch, tailoring treatments with an understanding of human anatomy.
About Me
Why do you do what you do?
My first encounter with massage was in India, where I completed an Ayurvedic massage course and experienced its healing benefits first-hand. I felt highly motivated to broaden my knowledge in massage therapy and decided to undertake a Holistic Massage course. Over time, I have become increasingly more interested in human anatomy & physiology, which has led me to pursue the Remedial and Sports Massage diploma.
What influences your style of treatment?
The style of my treatment is constantly evolving. Receiving bodywork from other therapists and attending professional development courses influences my treatments. I am fascinated with Myofascial Release; I love applying Trigger Point Release techniques. Having completed several courses through Well Mother, I know the philosophy behind Shiatsu also has an effect on my treatment style. I am committed to continued learning and keeping my skills up to date so I can provide the best care to my clients.
How do you like clients to feel after a treatment with you?
I want my clients to feel connected to their bodies.

About Me
What influences your style of treatment?
I understand the negative impact injuries and chronic pain can have on a persons physical and mental well being. I adopt a client-centred approach to create individual treatment plans to address these issues and support clients with aftercare exercises where appropriate. I use advanced therapy techniques to address postural imbalances, eliminate muscular tension and address joint stiffness when needed.
What’s the one thing you want people to know when they book in with you?
Every session’s treatment will be different as I like to tailor the session to how you and your body is feeling in that moment. I will be guided by you as to how much pressure you would like. There is no ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to massage therapy.
How do you like clients to feel after a treatment with you?
Listened to, cared for and in control of their own physical well-being. The mental relaxation part of the treatment is just as important as the physical treatment though and so I also like clients to leave feeling mentally calmer and grounded, no matter what type of treatment they booked in for.
RED

Holistic, Deep Tissue, Fascial Release and Pregnancy massage therapist.

About Me
What influences your style of treatment?
I like to think of my style of treatment as deep tissue that feels good. I like to work the tissues deeply and bring about a change in the body, while also creating a pleasurable experience that relaxes the nervous system and softens the entire body.
How do you like your clients to feel after a treatment with you?
After a treatment with me, I like my clients to feel a relaxed sense of ease and openness.
What’s the one thing you want people to know when they book in with you?
That massage is for anyone at anytime! You can give yourself permission to relax.
Helena

ABOUT ME
What influences your style of treatment?
As a yoga teacher and movement enthusiast, I am forever inspired by the body, it’s healing powers and all of its capabilities. My treatments are inspired by intuitive movement, it often feels like a fluid dance to me when I am working around someone’s body, helping to ease tension and move energy.
How do you like clients to feel after a treatment with you?
I like clients to feel a sense of release, like something has been taken off their shoulders - letting go of whatever they don’t need. And a sense of openness in their bodies and hearts, leaving them ready to receive more nourishment!
Rupali
(she/her)
Holistic Massage therapist.
Having always been deeply intuitive, Rupali finds herself working in the wonderful world of massage and healing. She utilises all that she has learnt to focus on aiding your movement through the world.
Rupali is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT)
About Me
What influences your style of treatment?
A great many things! When training I learnt about the body’s systems and anatomy. With that, I gained Alexander Technique teachings that opened up my world on the impact of how our everyday habits and movements can come to manifest as pains. With postural assessments and understanding a client’s daily life, I can first build up an awareness of how a discomfort has entered and how to kindly and lovingly support my clients with their time with me. Above all, what influences me is my intuition. By listening to your body, I can apply all that I have learnt from my education and experience as a massage therapist. Therefore, a deep listening to what information a client shares and what I hear in their body speaks to me and influences the treatment wholly.
How do you like clients to feel after a treatment with you?
I want to give you a sense of peace. A connection to the calm frequency of what life truly is amongst the hubbub and busy worker-bee lifestyle that this cityscape contains. A comfort that all is well and will forever be well. And that you feel empowered knowing you are cared for, but also further empowered with the tools on how to take care of yourself beyond our treatment.
What’s the one thing you want people to know when they book in with you?
I hope to make you feel as comfortable as possible and that all are welcome. Massage is a wonderful tool to connect us to one another and to practise healing work. Everyone deserves the space for this practise, but often it isn’t accessible. Having worked with people who are blind, on the spectrum, or on the intersection of race, gender, class, and disability, I have been gifted with lots of experiences to advance my practise. This is coupled with the years and privilege of education on contemporary issues at university level. My area of expertise was colonial history and decolonial practises, which covered many social issues – not just race! All this to say, I have an awareness of how to make your experience feel extra whole/holistic with its focus towards healing and comfort. If there is any way I can make you feel extra comfortable, please never hesitate to say.
And, I look forward to meeting you!
Ottilie
(she/her)
Holistic massage therapist.
I know the profound impact massage has on my own mental well-being and physical aches and knew I wanted to be able to offer that feeling to others ever since I was 16. It feels a very worthwhile and caring way to spend my time. I really value empathy, trust and respect in my practice.
ABOUT ME
What influences your style of treatment?
I find rhythm, dance and emotion really influence my style, as well as clay modelling! More tangibly though my knowledge of acupressure points and understanding of anatomy, as well as inspiration from receiving massage from other therapists.
How do you like clients to feel after a treatment with you?
I would love my clients to feel as though they’ve been afforded a pause and reset in their day. Whatever mood they enter the studio in, I hope they leave feeling a sense of clarity and positivity toward the day ahead and toward themselves. I hope I can make somebody feel mentally lighter, though grounded in their body and ready to look after themselves however that looks for the rest of the day. And of course deeply, deeply relaxed.
What’s the one thing you want people to know when they book in with you?
I work holistically and intuitively, meaning I will adjust your treatment through use of different techniques, pressures, speeds etc. to suit how you're feeling both physically and emotionally and I do not follow a set routine. My massages are certainly focused more on relaxation and comfort than any painful deep work.

About Me
What influences your style of treatment?
My style of treatment very much depends on the individual. I always encourage clients to switch off; I don't want you to feel you have to make conversation. My aim is to relax you which I feel opens your mind and body to the benefits of Reflexology. I am always open to learning new techniques and how Reflexology can help you through different life stages. I have an interest in menopause, fertility and stress.
How do you like clients to feel after a treatment with you?
Like they've had a release in some way and that any congestion they have in their body or mind has been unblocked, allowing everything to flow as freely as it should thereby helping your body restore its natural balance. Reflexology is all about encouraging your body to re-establish homeostasis. It is a deeply relaxing therapy, promoting feelings of calmness and well-being. How you feel after a treatment will be very individual to you.
What’s the one thing you want people to know when they book in with you?
That it's ok to invest in yourself. Spending time on your well-being creates such a positive effect on all areas of your life, never feel guilty or indulgent for taking time out to focus on yourself and your needs. Your time with me is your time and I will create a relaxing, safe space for you.
Laura
(she/her)
Holistic, Deep Tissue , Sports + Remedial massage therapist
With a background in dance, circus arts and a lifelong love of movement, Laura is familiar with both the joys and the challenges of working intensively with the body.Trained in remedial and sports massage, she can work with you to address postural imbalances that lead to physical discomfort, or the tightness and soreness caused by over training, work and other stresses.
ABOUT ME
Why do you do what you do?
I have always made most sense of the world through the body, movement, and sensation.
Through 15 years as a professional dancer and circus artist, massage and bodywork have helped me through injury, burn out and periods of emotional chaos. I have always loved working physically and in connection with the body. Every body that comes into the room holds it’s own story to be given space to. Massage can be healing on so many levels.
What influences your style of treatment?
I’m inspired by other practitioners and their many different approaches to working with the body. I have taken workshops in Thai massage, Body Mind–Centering and many different dance and movement trainings- I think these all influence my approach to treatment. My initial training was in remedial and sports massage. I read and research a lot around body, mind and emotion. I receive treatment whenever I can, it’s important to do as a therapist, and I love it!
What’s the one thing you want people to know when they book in with you?
That there is a sliding scale between massage for relaxation and a more sports massage approach. Sometimes, working sensitively into stubborn trigger points can be very effective in releasing painful “knotted” tissues.
It’s also possible to work deeply in a more holistic, relaxing treatment that will allow reconnection with the body and release on many levels. We can decide at the start of the treatment how we want work together on this day, how active or passive you want to be, and what your wishes are for the session.
How do you like clients to feel after a treatment with you?
To find there is movement, space and lightness where there wasn’t, to refind fluidity, to find themselves landed back in the body, with softer focus. To feel relaxed, rebalanced and released.
