loyalty scheme
The Loop Loyalty scheme is simple, every time you come for a 1 hour massage you get a stamp. After your 6th stamp you'll be able to claim a free 30 minute massage*
*sorry, this can't be used in conjunction with the courses of massage or 'A year of Massage. 30minute massages will count as half a stamp, so 12 will be needed to fill a card.
Cancellations & Refunds
Loop has a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go or you miss your appointment, we reserve the right to keep your deposit.
